Momentum Academy is for ages 5-18 years. We currently run our classes in Edinburgh on a Saturday afternoon. Our classes are separated into three modules; Musical Theatre, Acting & Performance and Film & TV.
Musical Theatre encourages children to reach their potential and build confidence in singing, dancing and acting. We explore different styles of musicals whilst learning technique and performance skills.
Our Acting and Performance classes explore scripts, improvisation, comedy, physical theatre and more! This class encourages team work and builds confidence in spoken word and physical performance.
Film & TV teaches our students everything to do with in front and behind the camera. Using state of the art equipment from the age of 6 and creating projects from start to finish including script writing, casting, costume, directing, filming, sound and editing along with acting for screen skills.
We separate our classes into three age groups; 5 to 9 years, 10-12 years and 13-18 years. Each session is 3 hours in length.
Our main academy runs on a month by month payment membership where 3 hour sessions are £20 each. The fee dues by the 1st of each month is based on the number of Saturday's in each month. Memberships require 1 months notice to terminate.
